Recurring service is billed automatically on the 1st of each month. Your monthly rate is based on your selected service frequency and averaged across the year, so your payment stays consistent even when a month includes an extra service week. There is no additional charge for a fifth weekly service visit.

If your service begins partway through a month, your first billing period reflects only the scheduled visits remaining that month. Your regular monthly billing begins on the 1st of the following month.

Unsafe conditions may include heavy snow, thunderstorms or lightning, freezing rain, extreme heat or cold, high winds, poor air quality, flooding, or other conditions that could make service unsafe or prevent a thorough cleanup.
